We are a small company based in the Netherlands that sells quality Chinese tea to all over the world, the tea is shipped directly from mainland China. Besides providing tea we also hope to give people trustworthy and useful information about tea and the Chinese tea culture. As the company is rather new and our wish is to constantly improve we greatly appreciate any suggestions or questions.

Refund and return policy

If an item is received and it is either damaged or faulty, a return claim can be filled within 30 days from receipt of goods. Email details of your claim to info@qingtea.com.The following options will be made available:

Replacement: If a replacement is required it will be sent immediately subject to availability, at no charge.
Credit: The money will be transferred back to the customer.
