Preserving tea

In order to keep the original colour, shape, taste and smell it is of great importance to store the tea leaves well. So it is advised to keep tea leaves in an airtight, cool, dry and dark place. Usually any airtight container, may that be ceramics or cans, will do. Make sure the container is clean beforehand and don’t put other things in the container along with it. Keep it away from other strong odours.
