Globe amaranth is often used in making craft flower tea. Its bright red color and round shape resembles fresh lychee.

Raw material: Raw materials are sprouts with one or two leaves from spring harvest. One piece of globe amaranth is held in middle.

Appearance: Dry tea is ball shape, part of Globe Amaranth appears.

Harvest: October, 2009

Net Weight: Net weight is appx. 6 grams.
