This batch of pu-erh cakes have already been preserved for two years and is now very suitable for consumption. (of course you can also choose to preserve them for later use)

Puerh tea can be brewed with the gaiwan method, with a big teapot and most suitable for gongfu style tea brewing. The teapots used for brewing usually come from Yixing and one pot often times is reserved for one kind of tea. As Pu-erh tea has a strong taste and fragrance the first brew (the water) can be discarded, in order to remove dust from the cakes (they have been kept for a long period of time).
